    SURVIVOR

This is my take on infection.

The Survivors have one life, and a life bar. Each hit brings them one step closer to being part of the infected.

The Infected have several loadouts to try and end the life of each survivor before the clock runs out. Teamwork and variety are keys to success.

The Last Man Standing takes on the whole horde in one last desperate attempt to survive.

    HUMAN LOADOUTS:

    • ASSAULT RIFLE, MAGNUM & SPRINT
    • SHOTGUN, MAGNUM & SPRINT
    • DMR, MAGNUM & SPRINT
    INFECTED LOADOUTS:

    • SWORD & EVADE
    • SWORD & CAMO
    • HAMMER & SPRINT
    • REPEATER & JETPACK
    • SPIKER, PLASMA PISTOL & HOLOGRAM

So I was just wondering how someone would gain points to win in your game type?

I had a scoring system set up properly, but like most Custom game settings, Bungie botched them.

It's supposed to give the Survivors 10 points for having someone alive at the end of the round or the Infected 10 points for killing every survivor. Instead, the round ends and everyone gets 10 points regardless of the outcome.

This may seem annoying, but it's more just fun playing and acknowledging who won based on the results.

Hmmm... Perhaps we can send Bungie a message asking for them to make an update to fix this along with a few of the other things that don't work like the order of haven/hill spawns and the fact that you can't edit juggernaut's states.

Either way it still looks like a really great gametype. Now you had some safe havens in your gametype. Now you didn't mention if they did anything special for the suvivors or are they just like the default version.

One idea I had (if you could figure out how to make this work) is that players gain points by entering the safe-haven (once) and perhaps their health is returned to default.

There isn't really a way to do that with the havens unfortunately. They current act as default, so the survivors move around. It works out pretty well.
