    Surface



    Description: Surface is a fairly small asymmetric map designed for 2 different levels of combat. The "surface" level is quite open with small amounts of cover. The underground portion of the level is based around close quarters combat. There is a large jump over a kill ball in the underground section. I put this in the map mostly for multi CTF. This kill ball provides a "barrier" against the flag carrier. It forces the flag carrier to take the long route out of the underground section because with flag in hand you cannot make the jump. The kill ball also provides players from crouching around in the underground section. It adds very unique game play to the map.

    Hey man this map looks good! To be honest though, I would change the thumbnail to a more interesting pic so you can get more hits. I will give this a Dl and get back to you on any improvements(if there is any)

    Ok boss, i just gave the map a run though in forge. This my friend is a well deigned map. How long did this take you to make?? Anyways i have a few remarks on the wep placement of the GL. I don't know if the map really needs a GL i mean its already got a sniper/rocket/sword/shotty. Just a thought i had. Any ways i will give this a play test at a later date and get back to you on CTF and oddball. All in all this is really really good i would highly suggest that you send this map to bungie. I really could see this map being played in ther arena or Duels. Squad slayer might be a little to frantic.

    Thanks. I really appreciate the feedback C. its funny that you mentioned the GL and its placement. I have had similar thoughts about this situation. Let me know how it is after the play through. If its too much just let me know. To answer you question this took about 13-14 hours to make(including much tweaking) I will post the walk though soon and i will def change the screen shot. TY
