Hello, I consider myself to be a pretty good (offline, recreational) forger and I've made a number of what I think are decent and aesthetically pleasing maps both in Halo 3 and in Reach, however; I've never bothered sharing them until now. I hope you'll take a quick peek at the hi-res screenshots below of a water-based map I've named 'Submerged' and be interested enough to perhaps advise or even assist me with regards to spawn points and multiple game objective placements.

Those images are part of a set which is in my fileshare along with the map itself, here:

    Bungie.net : Reach : Player File Sets

It's a medium-large sized map suitable for Team Slayer and a variety of Objection based gametypes, which is where I need help: I'm completely unversed in the area of player and objective spawns and zones. At the moment the map is roughly setup for Team Slayer and I've made sure nobody will spawn outside of the map (in another part of Forge World), but that's as far as I've got.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to request help on this, but this ForgeHub newbie would find any assistance truly appreciated, cheers.

i'm in the same boat as you when it comes to making competitive maps :/. unfortunately forgehub has more expectations out of forgers, particularly competitive maps. i personally like the layout, theres alot of space so it'd be great for 8 players. the only problem i could think of is symmetry, you see most players prefer symetrical maps especially for varients like ctf and "team based" varients. i'd personally reccommend putting this map up for adoption because it's got a nice layout and a pro forger could make a really cool map out of it and start smaller, like maybe make a small free for all map. or go aesthetic like i do. but if you can get help then that would be great.

Check out the links in this thread. If you still have questions after that ask, but try to be as specific as possible when detailing what you are confused about.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I'd be interested in this 'adoption' suggestion - in fact that was I was sort of hoping for. How would I go about doing that?

Oh and it is a symmetrical map, too; apart from a few minor differences here and there.
