Some cool forge object creations

I decided to create some forge objects and i thought I'd share them with everyone, they're just a few objects varying from basic stuff to cool looking stuff

Grenade dispenser:
of course you don't need to actually dispense grenades due to instant respawn settings (set spawn time to 1)

Simple table:
heres a simple idea that alot of people miss when making maps, all you need for a table is an upside down bridge, feel free to add some decor to your table and perhaps some chairs (i just used camping stools)

Simple bench:
another simple idea, railings can be used for many different things such as shelves, cushions and of course benches, here is a simple bench, you can make them as long as you like just pick a different size of railing

Bed and lamp:

Beds can be made in many different ways, all you need is a mattress (2x1 flat block) but if you add some extra detail, you can make a nice and comfy bed which you can just imagine jumping into after a hard days work (e.g use a small railing as a pillow and sandbags as blankets, i like to put 4 sandbags vertically at the front of the bed and one horizontally at the top, perhaps you could add one at the bottom too to make it look as if it's covered, you can use it on the pillows too if you like)

and what is a bed without a bedside lamp, a small antenna can make a great lamp though it may be a tad bit large it'll do, just add some lights to make it really shine

Market stall:
wanting to make a cool aesthetic city map? then consider this idea

basically, you put 3 2x2 flat walls vertically like a U shape and put a 1x2 block inside (not too far so the shopkeeper has some space to stand) and perhaps phase the block through the ground a little or make a platform underneath so the person can see over it. afterwords decorate it with whatever you fancy, i decided to make an illegal black market store selling illegal weapons. i put two crates beside it for decor. you can make weapon holding stands by phasing two flag holder things into the wall and mounting a weapon on top (fixed) then change it to normal. it can be difficult to do and may not work with all weapons but it's a nice touch.

Arcade machine:

want to put a mini arcade machine in your map? then look at this.

you will have to phase two 1x1 blocks into each other to fit the one way shield inside, you can add a chair if you want or use a stand up one like the one on the other side.

Lol @ the sims, aesthetic maps are fun to make imo (thats because its all i make) i don't really know how to make competitive maps due to spawning problems, i tried to make one but i dunno where to put the spawns. i only managed to get 3 or 4 balanced spawn points (it's ffa) but the lack of spawns make it unplayable.

Either ways i made this thread to help new forgers make some decent aesthetics in their maps since reach is lacking objects like halo 3 had (barrels, forklifts, pallets, trucks etc.) making it hard to make some interior designs, i used some of these already in my maps, some more often than others, i guess each forger has their own style in how they build things. i still havn't used the arcade machine yet because i can't fit it into my maps XD i'm trying to find i place i could use it.

i'm glad you like my ideas. i'll try and think of some more maybe

 

funnily enough, i did make a street light but i thought that it was a well known object and seeing as mine was poorly made i scrapped it. i'm not a cod fan and i don't know the mechanisms that go into a random weapon box but it's already been done.
