    Gametype: [ Crypt Siege ]

    Map Description:

    This recently discovered tomb is now overrun with grave robbers. But should they lose their way, the spirits will devour them.

    Gametype Description:

    Travel into the bowels of the pyramid and retreive the sacred artifact. But be warned. Souls wander here. A one flag capture the flag variant.

    Explanation:

    Grave robbers spawn outside and must enter the pyramid from the top and travel deep into the catacombs to retrieve the flag. Spirits spawn inside the pyramid next to the source of their powers. They must use these powers to defend their home from any intruders. For a balanced game, the spirits should have 1/2 as many players as the grave robbers. Thus, team changing is enabled. Adapted for 3-12 players

    Its a capture the flag varient...one flag capture the flag. I thought I mentioned it, must not have been clear enough.

    You Maps are very clean, I like it, it looks similar to one of my maps, Red Dawn, check it out, we should make a map together sometime in the future...

    Er, I don't know the situation with bumping, but this topic kinda fell off the forums fast, and nobody even downloaded it. /pity speech
    Anyways I really think this map is worth a download, and if theres some reason the topic is being ignored I'd love to know what it is, so I can make my next map attempt better. Sorry for the bump!

    Yeah our position bumping is don't. Anyways, reason why people probably aren't downloading is that there has been a lot of pyramid maps lately.

    Oh, ok well I guess I understand about the pyramid thing, well, I'll go make something new!

    Are there 4 rounds like the default One Flag? It might get confusing if players have to shuffle teams each time a round starts. If you do have 4 rounds, I'd suggest limiting it to one, or possibly two. With one round, players in your party might just want to play it another time or two ("let's do it again, but I want to be a Spirit this time").

    What does the custom powerup do? Is it meant to give the Spirits different attributes than the robbers? If so, is there a way to prevent robbers from grabbing it? Does it respawn often enough for every Spirit to pick it up in the round?

    The suggestion to limit the rounds to one is a good idea, I'll probably change that tonight. The powerup is right beside the flag. It gives spirits extra long lasting camo and radar to hide around corners in the pyramid. It's set to respawn automatically as its taken. Theres no real way to prevent humans from taking it except for the fact that its in the deepest part of the pyramid, where the spirits spawn. If a human manages to make it to the flag, they could theoretically grab the powerup as well, but considering the flag remains visible...also theres almost no way more than one human will ever make it down there at once, so time wasting is a bad idea.
