Meh, I don't really like this one much myself, made it on a particularly long and boring bus ride, and basically was trying to get the feeling of darkness from dead space. I wasn't really that inspired doing this, so feel free to rip it to shreds. As a note, the dark c4d to the right side is stuck there, I applied the layers a few too many times for it to be easily erased, and I am not attached enough to this one to try change it.
Maybe it's my monitor settings, but I can't see the "c4d". Anyway...yeah, you took all the fun of critiquing away. ;P I'm just assuming you know what's wrong with it. If you were going to remake it in the future (or something like it), I like the idea of the runic symbols on his armor, but they could be blended a little better. They stand out and look like they don't belong.
You should make one of Vandal, because she totally doesn't look EXACTLY like a slightly low-res version of Clark > But yeah, that C4D looks wonky, and (is it stock...?) the random dots that you added to his left don't fit, especially the large one that covers part of his right (our left) spaulder. Looks almost like a coffee stain sans-color. Either way its strange that you post this, I just got into the Dead Space series for the first time a few days ago, via the most brilliant marketing ploy ever. There is an iPhone app for sale, a mere 99 cents, that is a spin-off of the original. Basically giving a new story and game to those who are already friends cheap, or an incredibly low-priced FULL TASTE of what the game is. Just brilliant!
