"Eight men enter. The better leaves. The lesser man... is getting t-bagged"

    Welcome to Sword Tournament!

Now, the way to play this game is rather simple:
Kill all the opponents you face, one by one, until you reach your final opponent, and win.

It might sound a little... unoriginal, but trust me, it's a classic. Actually, this is a remake of one of my favorite custom maps from H3. And it's practically an exact replica. So if you've played the original map from H3, your in for some sweet memories.

Now, how does the game work? I'll explain. There are four platforms. Two people spawn on each platform. Each person fights the other person they spawn with. And whoever wins, gets to move onto the next round. After thirty seconds, the next platform appears. Then you face your next opponent. Then finally, the final two face each other. After sixty seconds, the final platform appears, and the two challengers are matched.

You know the story from there. There are ten rounds in each game. And each round is different each time.

For best results of gameplay, I recommend eight players. The map is only built for eight players. You can have less, though.

The only problem I see with this is that sword lunge is broken in reach... Otherwise good map.

Well eventually after enough "Clashes" both players will die. So then no one advances...

Yes, tis true. There's really no way I could fix that. But I did make it too where you can have the very max health you can have, but still die in one hit. So therefore, it takes about eight clashes to finally kill each other. So that doesn't happen very much because usually someone kills the other one before eight clashes.

    | Not good commentary. When you leave a comment on a map, it really needs to be ABOUT the map, not Reach in general.

I don't usually post in the map section much, but THIS I had to comment on. I've always enjoyed sword battle maps, but seeing the title, I really expected this to be a random mismatch of players wandering around the map attempting to kill each other. Clearly I was wrong. From the overview, it's obvious you put time into designing the map for complex sword battles with room for the circling fighting stances involved in duels, as well as on on one narrow ledged combat. I'd like to say that I'll be back to comment more after I've played it, but sadly, I'm sure I'll forget. Really, I'm just extremely excited about getting a play in on this. Well done.

Wow, thanks a lot. I appreciate it. But you are correct, I have spent a lot of time on this, about three months. I actually finished the map just after two days of starting, but after that, was just little pieces here and there just to make it the smoothest gameplay it can be. Thanks, man!

P.S. I'm actually making a video for it. I'll post it in a couple of days. Should be good.[IMG][IMG][IMG]
