    Sorry man, passed out at like 9:30 last night. Love the new signature! I need to make one for my map! Very cool!

    P.S. You should update your first post of this thread with the pictures I took for you. You can leave in some of your lower quality ones, but you might wanna stick with the nicer ones I took up tops so people can see what your map looks like. The signature makes it look very appealing!

    I really wanted to make a 1v1 looking map, with good asthetics bit also great gameplay.
    And trust me, the gameplay is definitly there, or so i have been told :)

    I was pretty impressed with this when you showed me again today. The aesthetics are very nice, and it looks like gameplay will be great. The map has come a long way since you first showed me a few weeks ago. I also really like how the map is symmetrical, but has some cosmetic differences to help each side stand apart from the other. Great work!

    Yay new update
    Now gallium v4
    And let me tell you this thing is so much better

    Changes:
    :: reduced frame rate issues in many places
    :: fixed power weapon respawn times
    :: broke up cross map LoS
    :: removed white light
    :: added white bands on ground for spacial recognition
    :: added cone and the 'sticky nade of destiny'
    :: added asthetic value to bottom teleporter for visual recognition
    :: added another health pack by bottom teleporter

    Its well worth the DL, lol, at least I think so :D
    gallium v4

    Next release will be solely gameplay with absolutley 0 frame rate issues, but it will look more bland :/
    It will be a seperate map called gallium v4 lagless

    qu'd for download.

    The map itself is really nice, it's more of a complex map geometry, but I LOVE that...
    I'm a person, playin' a map like 3-4 minutes and I know everything where to go and so on.
    But it's always a good feeling if I'm kind of "lost" in a map at the beginning :D
    (funny how my friends sometimes still are confused in a map we played like 4 hours xD)

    I would love to start up my xbox right now and take a look, but I have so much to do today >.<
    Maybe in the evening, if I'm @ home then xD
    I'll write you when I'm gone through it :)

    Its funny you say that, because once you do put the time in to learn the ways around this map the play style on it changes immensley. It goes from a largely room based map to a map with long LoS, its actually very interesting.
    Ive noticed other pkayers who play on it repeatedly in testing like chron, crumbly and a few others have gotton extreemly good at manuvering around the map in different ways.

    Alright, remember how i promised you all a lagless version, well im done with it, but its not gonna be called Galliumv4 lagless, its called:
    Gallium v5

    yes yes yes, i liked the no screen lag so much that i am permanently replacing the earlier version with one with slightly less asthetics (almost all strut ramps are gone, as well as blocks at the bottom of the block 1X4s, oh and the grenade launcher spawn doesnt have those reciever nodes, its replaced by other white objects)
    but what is lost in asthetics is made up for in gameplay as there is now not a single instance of framerate on the map, also the light in the curvey hall is gone :)

    i REALLY like this new version, and i hope you do too.
    Give it a DL and throw up some opinions, i would love to hear some of your ideas and comments.

    Ok, v6 is out and its in my fileshare, link is in teh sig, just thought id post this tidbit

    Frozenlynx and i have been having this debate on whether pseudosymmetrical is a word that can be used to describe maps like reflection, boardwalk, and gallium, which all feature a symmetrical map where one side has the same feel as the other, similar pathways, but look different.

    He stated that it only applies to molecules, where i slyly responded that gallium is a molecule (well, a delocalized field of electrons, in its solid state)

    So i would like to explain to you that the map gallium is actually cleverly made of the crystalline structure of gallium, formed into a map, where your shrunken body of a spartan fights on. Also, i do plan to make a scale replica of this map out of REAL gallium and sand for your viewing pleasure.

    In all seriousness, comment below on whether you agree with me that pseudosymmetrical is a word that can describe maps, or agree with that other guy that im a 'tard :)
