The only problem I have with it, and I suppose this isn't really an issue with the AA as it is an issue with the implication of it, is that it isn't an offensive AA, which Bungie seems to think it is by placing it as a starting loadout for elites in invasion, which attack 2/3 of the time. That not to say that it doesn't have it's uses in offensive scenarios (such as jamming the motion tracker), but it requires someone who plays for the benefit of the team instead of their own benefit to use it for such a purpose. And frankly, there aren't too many off those in invasion.
