    Map Description
This map is a remake that has elements of both Wizard and Warlock combined. My friend Atomic Grizzly forged the map, while I provided a lot of feedback on the scaling and aesthetics of the map. So far the map has received great feedback from all of our friends that we have shown it to, and we feel that the map plays better than the current map Magus that is in Team Classic. The lifts work better (no chance of not making it into the base), the warp areas are better replicas of the originals, and most importantly the center platform is scaled properly. The center platform on Magus is much smaller underneath compared to the originals, and is too cluttered on top. The color scheme we chose also makes everything easier to identify. I hope you guys take a look at the map, and enjoy it as much as we do. Thanks!

*Note- the map was made a while ago without knowledge of a Classic playlist. We looked at many remakes of Wizard, and AG thought he could make a better version. The reason I am specifically pointing out Magus is because it is the one most people are probably familiar with. I don't know if Bungie would every replace the current versions of maps in Classic, but I still wanted to get this map out to the public because I think AG did a great job with it.

I would also like to point out that I think AG took really bad pictures, and that the map looks much better in-game lol

I like the use of color in this remake. I've seen quite a few remakes of this map and this one really has a lot of color and creativity. The only thing I am a bit worried about is Z-fighting. From the first picture it looks like there are a couple of walls merged together and I'm wondering if that might cause any issues with framerate. I'm not sure though, let me know if there aren't any problems. I also like how you made different designs with the glass sails for each colored section of the map, that makes for great aesthetics. Solid looking map though, welcome to Forgehub.

I agree with EightBall on this one. Just looking at the photos it appears z-fighting will be an issue on any of the platform areas of the map like the bases and the middle structure. This map has been overdone (I know, I made one) and there are only so many ways you can remake this map. The map definitely has a lot of color which a lot of maps lack, so it has that going for it. The walls look a little sloppy with the blocks sitting in different directions and whatnot. Its too bad we can't make custom sized pieces for remakes. Other than that it looks like another decent remake.

Thanks for the feedback. I think I know what you are talking about with z-fighting (where objects merged together glitch out). Originally the platforms did this like crazy, but my friend found a good combination of objects that pretty much eliminated this, if not completely. Have you guys had a chance to look at it in-game yet?

I've never been a huge fan of this map but this is probably the best remake I've seen yet. One of the main reasons it is superior verses it's competitors is due to the color. That just adds a lot of life to the map. Other than that everything looks like it is well made and lives up to the original. good job.
