Me and my friend were goofing off in Forge, smashing each other with large structures (if you do it right, you can practically launch the corpse into orbit). We wanted to see some of the deaths in slo-mo, so we were constantly pausing (some of them happened so fast we couldn't even keep track of where the body went). This was one of the more humorous deaths we saw while we were doing this: Me and my friend like goofing off and finding glitches like that sometimes. Like in CE, we found that if you stood on top of a flipped-over tank while trying to flip it back, sometimes the tank would launch you up so high you'd die when you landed. Or in Halo 2, we found that if you flip a tank, drive another tank over top of it, and try to flip them, one of the tanks would sometimes go crazy spinning and bouncing around the map before coming to a stop. Anyone else have any fun stories of silly things like that they've done in Halo (any of them)?
I remeber filling the Elephant on H3's Sandtrap with explosives, setting them to instant respawn, and watching it fly around the map. I also mamaged to flip the Elephant whilst in matchmaking... Good times...
Yeah, I did the flying elephant with explosives thing, too. Saw it on a Youtube video, and had to try it out. We also flipped the elephant by driving it onto a pile of explosives. I LOVE the message it gives you when you go up to flip an elephant right-side up. "Hold RB to...wait, how did you do that?!"
