hello people. this guy is a super cheater if i ever saw one. he has 100% commendation progress (everything is maxed) and he is only Brigadier grade 3. He also has the haunted skull helmet with only 55% armory. and if you look at his stats he doesnt even have enough kills or playing time to have everything maxed. I have only ever seen 2 other people with this but they were reclaimers. But these three people all had their commendations maxed in the same order. Can someone please explain this. Is there a super secret glitch or is it a hack that gives you a high risk of getting banned? i agree but he went from 83% to 100% commendation in one day. and his commendations are maxd in the same order as evil otto's
He's a Reclaimer. Although spending your whole life playing Halo is not great for your health, Bungie will not ban you for it.
Bungie's talked about this numerous times. Soul, Spider and Evil Otto all got their accounts hacked by an "unknown individual" (It's Joker, god damn it...-_-). None of them had any part in the hackings.
Link to where Bungie has stated this? Evil Otto is a Bungie Employee, but I don't know why he has 100% commendation completion.
Because of what I've just told you. No one really knows for sure why the unnamed hacker did this. Edit: Holy ****. It's not that hard.
