    Description Players spawn in one of four goal tower boxes either alone or in teams of two allowing for either 2-4 or 8 players. The game is played by shooting any of the four balls on the game field into an opponent’s goal tower causing a chain reaction that wipes out the contents of the tower. Games go to 25 points, suicides have no penalty, no time limit.
    -Players- 2-4 or 8 (4 teams of 2)

    -Objective- score goals to kill opponents

    -Game duration- 25 kills (no suicide penalty)

    To begin the game a player must destroy the fusion coil in the center of the map, releasing four balls. The floor declines toward the center so that the balls will constantly return there if undisturbed. Because players' line of sight to their opponents are completely broken and escaping from goal tower boxes is not possible, players are forced to earn kills by scoring balls into the goal towers to blow up their opponents. This game is very straight forward and keeps you so preoccupied with scoring and defending that it is easy to lose track of time.

    It took a good chunk of time to create this so please let me know what you think. I hope you all enjoy it!

    Thank you everyone for over 300 downloads! It's much more than I ever expected and I hope there are more to come! I plan on releasing a version two soon so please let me know if you have any suggestions for the next rendition of Blast-Off!!!

    Amazing how people can still create new games in halo reach...theis is another one of them....it look very interesting with what looks like fun and solid gameplay....but I would like to know if this is elite friendly? Im not an elite but someone in the party always is....:/

    You know, you never really know if a game plays well or if its fun, unless you try it. At first when I saw this I turned it down just because it couldn't support 16 players. But lately I've been trying out some unique mini games that sound fun, so I decided to give this a shot. Amazing. This game is completely original and works perfectly. The map is solid, the gameplay is flawless, and what else can I say, its amazing.

    I played this with 4 players and later on with 8, both groups loved the idea. But like I said before, people really can't tell if a map is fun or not. So I took the liberty of making a short rendered video for your thread. I hope you enjoy it!

    The only improvements for the gametypye I could think of is:
    1. Make it so that the game ends after 10 mins,
    2. and betrayal is disabled.

    Other than that, awesome job!

    Holy crap dude!!! This looks really fun! The mechanisms you used for the balls coming down and getting out was awesome. The gameplay looks really fun as well. I agree with anime halo people are still thinking of new ideas while I constantly struggle to think of one. I thought they were all taken but obviously not!! Well Done. 10/10

    Thank you for all of the positive feedback!

    @anime halo: As of now no the map does not support elites. They are able to play but there will be some suicides and they cannot stay crouched easily. I will try to incorporate a solution in the second version of the map (It is not easy to support both heights though).

    Revisions so far in version two will be:
    A ten minute time limit.
    *UPDATE* 16 player capable colossium will be incorperated instead of spectator boxes

    Ooo a second version? I'm excited for this one. If you need any help forging it just send me a message =). If there is any way you could make it support 16 players then you would have my full support. Lol that would be chaotic.

    My name is Vicious Vice. And i endorse this comment.

    But no really i see a lot of great mini games and some of the best don't support 16 which really isn't a big deal most parties never get past 8 but i never have less then 16 during TGIF . But this game is really fun and i want to incorporated in my TGIF rotation. like most of Darth's super awesome underrated mini games.
