HelloHello. I searched the forum before I decided to make a thread. I couldn't find anything so, I apologize if this is a reboot of another thread.

Does anyone know of any good places to get Photoshop CS5 brushes? I've looked on DeviantArt because I used to use Photoshop 7.0 to get my brushes there - I couldn't really find much. Maybe some of you have some better sources than I do, so, If you could help me that would be wonderful. I have a lot of Photoshop projects I'd like to finish and I can't proceed without some decent brushes. (Grunge, Abstract, Fractal, Ice, Fire, Stars, etc.)

    Thank you. :)

Brushes are backward compatible, you can use the PS 7 brushes for CS5. They are not forwards compatible though, so you cannot use CS5 brushes in PS 7. (The brush type is based on which version the brush was made in.

If you still have your PS7 brushes, you can just transfer them to your CS5.

    Deviant art
    King brushes

Best sites I know TBH. Deviant art has never let me down. King brushes is what most people at my college use 'cause DA is blocked.

Oh nice. Thanks for the tidbit of info. I'll definitely start transferring my brushes. :D

Btw, I like your sig, too. Maybe I can beat it once I get my stuff back together.

    Thanks again.
