'mandatory' sniper rifles??

It still doesn't change the fact that Ive never seen a neutral sniper on a map that works. By no means does that mean a neutral sniper WON'T work, but it also means that they're more suited to be places at both bases.

 

It is a major weapon to fight over.

 

I was under the impression that's how such a weapon is supposed to be used.
