Oxygen A breath of fresh lead! After numerous revisions, tweaks, and playtests, I am proud to present the final iteration of Treeline; filtered, purified, and reborn in the form of Oxygen. Get a well balanced air of competitive gameplay while staying connected to nature. Oxygen, born from the ashes of it's experimental predecessor, is a symetrical (rotational) competitive map forged with the idea of creating an original and athstetically pleasing MLG experience wilst implementing as many design and fluid functionality elements as possible. Oxygen includes two bases facing trenches towards the opposing side, with a catwalk extending out from the second story above these trenches to the needler spawn. Also located on the second floor of each base are lifts to take users to the new top levels where one can find a nade pairs as well as more DMR spawns and glass covered sniper hallways extending back. Please procede to the screenshots for more. Contents: - DMR x6 - Sniper Rifle x2 (Spare: 0, Spawn: 120) - Needler x2 - Fregmentation Grenade x4 (2 Pair) - Sprint x2 - Health Station x4 - 100% Recycled Aluminum Plating - Low Consumption Lighting This enviornmentally friendly map is a revamped and etremely refined iteration of a previous map dubbed simply, "Treeline". New features that differentiate the two include new play areas, more balanced gameplay, and design elements that drastically change and improve map fluidity. As well, spawns and gametype objectives have been remapped from the ground up. Now let us move on to Screenshots; If have any suggestions on how I can improve this map, or if you notice any major flaws, pitch 'em to me in the comments section. Before I go, I wish to thank all of my frinds who helped me test Oxygen; they gave me tons of feedback and I couldn't have done it without them.
Looks quite small but i'll have to download to have a closer look, the glass tunnel looks awesome though, great idea
Looks like there are some cool architectural elements. I like the tree in the middle to give a reference point when you spawn. I'll give it a run through and let you know what I think.
It is perfectly symetrical taking into account that this is rotational symmetry we're talking about here. Other than what I've given, it is kind of hard to describe and the best way to get a good feel for it is to download.
