The Marker by Zombified Panda The UNSC's Pillar of Autumn discovered an abandoned planet cracker, USG Ishimura, outside Regis VII. Inside they found a strange new artifact, and hell followed! This is my first aesthetics map and i decided to go with a dead space theme. This plays best with smaller games like 3v3 - 1v1, or if its FFA it's good with 8. I had a good time creating this futuristic space cruiser so check it out and let me know what you think, plus i left out a few things so download to see it all! P.s. Game Types: Capture The Flag Multi Flag CTF One Flag CTF Classic Slayer Elite Slayer Swat Slayer Slayer Pro Players: 2-8 Weapons: x2 DMR x2 Focus Rifle x2 Plasma Grenade (x2 Energy Sword- only for looks) Lets start off with blue side. This is blue base.. Each base has 3 ways in and out.. There's the main hallway and.. The maintenance tunnels on either side. If you go up the main hallway and go left you'll be at the.. Time warp room where the USG scientist were studing the the newest and latest advancements on teleportaion and time travel. To the right is the workshop.. Where they use laser precision tools to fix and repair all the ships exterior damages. Now off to red side. (the layout of the map is symmetrical, but the rooms all have a different look) To the left is the electronical maintenance room, if there's any electronic troubleshooting, its fixed here. and to the right is the body scan. If your not feeling well, just stand under the glowing, radiaton powered light for a quick check up. If ever you feel lost or confused, each room has a stut with a color corresponding to its side. You know what's funny. I just mindless clicked your map without even reading the title, and the first thing that popped into my mind after looking at the screenshots, was: Dead Space. Look like you did a great job on the Halo/Dead Spacae aesthetics mix, because i immediately recognized it.
Love it, but because it is "Dead Space" were talking about I would try to give it a more darker atmosphere and actually have a zombie game type (lol). In some spots it feels to open but thats not all bad it gives areas where you know theres gonna be some fighting going on throughout all of the game. I also truly recommend more weapons I know you want a "Dead Space" feel to it, but there just wasn't enough weapons I was running around screaming looking for weapons (lol). If you do add more weapons, then to try and keep the "Dead Space" feel to it you should add weapons similar to guns in the game such as the "Plasma Cutter" being a "Plasma Pistol" or a "Detonator" being a "Grenade Launcher". Also it would be nice to have tighter spaced areas as that "Dead Space" is based off of some tight cramp areas. None the less really LOVE this map and it's well put together, but do please at least think about fixing some of those areas! Great map!
Hello! It is good to see this released! I really liked the look on this when you gave me a tour. I havent played dead space to compare, but i really like this map . It has an awesome layout and would hold some good battles. The cargo doors slightly open is a cool touch. And i like the aesthetics and layout. Tou have used the structures well . Great job! Looking forward to getting some customs on this !
