Located in the Quarry lies a Spartan Communication Relay Settlement. Basic overview, these are the Phase 1 Territories. A closer look at the Relay Building With the Assault goalpoint in the bottom (The bomb spawns at the elite backfield spawn) The 3rd phase takes place at night The Core to be captured on the top level The Core again, with the 2 capture points. Also 4 sets of Covenant crate with weapons (Top 2 phase 2, Bottom 2 phase 3) About the Map. I was disappointed when Invasion didn't feel like an invasion. The spaces were 2 big, only half the maps were being used. This was what I was thinking when I began. I like to think of Invasion as a little story and this one goes like this. Elites are attacking Phase 1- Territories (The Shutting down of the main defenses) Phase 2- Assault (The destruction of the backup power supply) Phase 3- Capture the Core (The data core, for informational purposes for future strikes) 2 of each spartan weapons (except mounted machine guns) are located across the map (one of each in the station and one of each in the village). 1 of each conanent weapons spawn across the phases "Lighter" weaopns at phase 2 and "heavy' weapons at phase 3. Nightfall sets in at phase 3 for the coordinated attack of no power + nighttime. Lol Backfield and Phased spawn locations for both teams. Elite Backfield at Initial Spawn Phase 1 at the corners where the Phase 3 capture point is Phase 2 in the far buildings (house and greenhouse) Phase 3 in the Phase 1 territory bunkers Spartans Initial spawn at top Phase 1 and 2 level Backfield Spawn is in B1 (by the DMR under the ramp 'up' from the bomb point) Phase 1 In the corners by the bridges Phase 2 In the basement under the bridges Phase 3 same as Phase 1 with the attitudinal of 1 at the bomb destination There is still budget (and object limits) for tweaks for anything. Feedback is requested. edit note:I removed the objective 1 buildings, replaces with open faced, no roofed building made from cover. Also opened up another doorway on the 'greenhouse' @anime halo-thanks for your input, that was my inspiration at reworking the buildings. As for making the map bigger, this was intended to be smaller for the whole map to be used, instead of half of a map for the first phase and then the other half for the rest. I was trying to multiple objectives in the same space rather than almost different maps for different objectives.
This map doesnt have too many positives from what Ive seen...the map is small for invasion, the objectives use buildings with only one way in...good for spamming grenadas and camping on one team...the buildings show little cover and aesthetic value...I would sugest making the map bigger, remove buildings and replace them with your objects, give more cover and make multiple routes to the objectives...
