Wow that sounds great. I would love to see it because alpha zombies were critical to infection (IMO) and I never got why it was removed... I just hope this means that they are working on more than just zombies.
Infection is now going to be twice as nice. Now it won't be that annoying anymore to hear: 'New zombie...' Since it are mostly the ones that turn into a zombie later who get the 'Tank'(Custom) Powerup.
Yeah, plus now Bungie could hopefully incorporate some of the classic zombie modes into their playlists. These include BRAAAAIIINNSSS (meh not so much maybe) and Creeping Death (Alphas are invisible). We can also remake Fat Ki....nevermind
Fat Kid please not. If they will ever make an Isolation Remake in DLC and bring Alpha Zombie back then i'm going to make something uber awesome.
So this means they can actually add new options to gametypes rather than just fixing bugs? The possibilities of what can be done for Reach just shot up.
I hope they fix the current infection issues like one life setting working correctly... and the death/betrayal thing.
Yeah definitely, tbh I'd prefer that they fixed all the currently broken options that they've already given rather than working on new ones. Perhaps they prioritised with things like KotH and are leaving the rest for this rumoured 343 TU, idk. Either way, I'd really like to see all the options we already have working properly sometime in the not too distant future.
I'm glad to here this. Never understood why they took it out in the first place though. I would like to see a few more changes, however, namely: *Up zombie damage resistance OR *Zombie immune to headshots:ON (I know that headshots fit with zombie canon, but come on. If you want to be realistic, these zombies have armor and helmets. It should take a minimum of two headshots to kill.) OR *Lower human damage output. (Just a bit, so that it takes more than one shot to kill. What are the chances that, even with a shotgun, you'll kill on your first shot anyways?) That is all.

It would be so awesome to give him diffrent classes then the regular zombies! I can only imagine... *looks into space with hand on chin*
First thought that comes to my mind with Alpha Zombie. Its gonna create a moment of amazingly stellar custom games, but then everything will quickly be lost to a legion of those damn maps >.<
i want some of my oddball settings back, specifically the ability to score kills. combining that with hot potato settings could be interesting...

Personally, I'd prefer a minigame making gameytpe, one in which you could say player "One" would have these traits, "Two" would have these.... Numbers would replace colors, and you could set whether or not the players would get a choice. (I.e. Set spawn point to player One, Two, Three...) But Alpha Zombie is the next best thing!
VIP is coming back!!!!! I smell an ODST gametype again! not the firefight one, but the whole "protect the vip until we reach the destination! Over shields are back baby!!!!!" THAT'S ALL I NEED!
