Remake Orbital V2

    After 3000 downloads the time has finally come for Orbital V2.

    Orbital V2 is a remake of Halo 3's Orbital. It was created by Havok SCO and Chaos SCO. Weapon placement and objectives are in the same locations as original. Concusion Rifle and Grenade Launcher were added. Jump distances and hallway lengths are porportional to original.

    Changes from Orbital to Orbital V2:
    -Added Spikers
    -Added gametypes
    -Added Multilayered floors in top base and top hallway.
    -Lowered teleporter frame piece in lower base to give it railing.
    -Removed Lights
    -Removed Ghost from lower base

    Hopefully I'll have more images up by tomorrow.

    Special Thanks to Chaos SCO for the help. Without him this map would have never been made. Also a special thanks to thesilencebroken who encouraged me to finish the map.

    Awesome! I hope it plays even better now. Thanks for doing such a great justice to one of my favorites. Now attack the Pit. :D

    Does high base have the spiral staircase? Looking forward to this, looks great sof ar.

    You might want to fix the typo in the title, kind sir.

    Also, this map is kickass. Did you set it up for more gametypes or do you lack the objects?

    Thanks for letting me know I screwed up the title. Unfortunatly there isn't a spiral staircase. I'm not advance enough to make on that worked well.

    As for gametypes I think I got them all set up except for stockpile and infection. I didn't think territories really mattered.

    Spawns are the only things I'm not sure about. I need some feedback on those.

    What? Infection on Orbital was the best thing ever, I'm sure you could fit it in somewhere... :p

    I'm planning on fixing a better verision to include stockpile and infection. Any ideas on how to make it a better for infection. I don't want to just say hey zombies here and humans there. Go at it. I want to give it a lil bit more flair.

    Well you could always add some crates to the long corridors like they did with Andromeda. The layout is just really good for infection in general, so I don't think you'd need to change a lot.

    Was there a special version of Orbital used for Infection? I didn't know if the guns changed or what.

    this was one of my favorite maps from the map packs.
    im gonna download and see what was improved from the last version

    Ah! I love Orbital! I will check this out when I return to the box of x.
    There was. It had a ton of crates in the main hallways and one of the stair cases had a gas tank under a palette that would shoot like a rocket into the corridor. I believe it was called Andromeda. I have a sweet video there if you want to briefly see it yourself.

    I used up all the crates and there arn't any pallets anymore. Which is really dumb they added alot to the old forge. It was the only breakable item. I might give it a try and build some dumby crates out of ramps or something.
