Confinement (working title)

    this map, Confinement (working title) is designed to be a sort of hybrid of fan favorites Sidewinder (Avalanche) and Containment. its built on the outside part of the island, opposite the little inlet, and is fairly symmetrical, as much as the existing geometry would allow.

    This map is close to being finished, all the weapons are placed, spawns for team slayer are placed, and all killzones/safezones are placed. what i need are enough testers to see how many people and vehicles are right for this size of map, and if the weapon spawns are in good spots. i would put this in the testers guild forum, but i dont think its at that point yet (and ive posted maps there before and they never get tested :( ). these are more preliminary tests to see whats good, whats not, and the general scope of the map. my GT is Darkprince909, message me if you wanna help me test it out, and i hope you guys like what you see so far :)

    mabey instead of giant walls you could replace that with soft/hard kill boundries. That would look allot nicer than cluncky forge world walls.

    But Sidewinder/Avalanch is one of my most favoured maps. I always loved large vehicle heavy maps with sheltered shortcuts that infantry could use.

    I my most favorite map would be Containment from halo 2. I would love to see that map in reach forge but it would be impossible to make the gate.

    Dear Bungie (or whover will take over development of the HAL0 franchise) could you allow us to forge in a switch please. That would be awesome.

    Wow this looks pretty cool. I have no time to test at the moment but it looks like it could support at least 6v6, maybe even the full 16 players.
    Awesome work only suggestion is that you extend the wall coliseums all the way around or extend them outwards more because they look kinda ugly. Maybe just remove one layer of walls even so its not as high and just place some extra kill zones.

    well, i actually used 48 out of the 50 walls to get what i have here for the big wall, but i think i might know how to remedy that a little bit and make the wall extend a bit. ill see what i can do though. i cant take them out of the center though... shoot i just realized that theres a shortcut for the banshee by flying over the middle wall before the soft zone kills you. looks like ill need to put down a few hard kill zones there

    got some new pics of a newer version. the bases got changed up a bit, the towers got a facelift, the arch has a small change, some of the cover in the midground is different, but most of all the wall isnt ugly anymore :D

    Cool map dude. Downloaded of your share. Plays lots of good core gametypes like slayer and ctf.
