    Overview of map

    I made this map trying to utilize the Blood Gulch, but make a straight line map into a U-shaped map. I did this by placing both flag bases and initial spawns on one side of the map, then filled the rest with large buildings on the same side to push all vehicle traffic to the opposite side. At the peak of the "U" there is a neutral base with a machine gun and a Spartan Laser. Cover is given for those on foot by covered paths from base to base and large rocks to mess up the sight lines.

    Map Design Intent

    Warthog battles, being able to move from base to base on foot without being outside of cover for too long. There are two Scorpions, but they don't spawn initially because they just dominated too much right off the bat and wouldn't even allow the Hornets to get off the ground.

    2 Ghosts (30 Sec Spawn0

    1 Rocket Launcher (1 clip)
    1 Spartan Laser
    10 DMR
    2 Concussion Rifles
    5 Plasma Pistols
    2 Sniper Rifles
    2 Shotguns
    3 Mounted Machinegun
    1 Grenade Launcher
    10 Plasma Grenades
    10 Frag Grenades

    Base Map: Forge World
    Intended Number of Players: 8-16
    Standard Gametypes Supported: Team Slayer,CTF
    Requires Gametype to play properly: No
    Includes Artistic Elements: no
    Symmetrical Design, weapons, and spawns: yes.. ish

    I have played on this twice now. Once BTB and once CTF. BTB was good fun but the Scorpions dominated so quickly early that I took them off the initial spawn. I figured this would allow the Hogs and the Falcons to get rolling and make the team part of this work a little better right off the start.

    CTF is fun because there are about 4-5 different paths from each base, but each base is actually defendable pretty easily.

    Firstly, I think you mean Falcons, not Hornets? (Too much Halo 3? ;P)

    It's an interesting map. I hate CTF on big maps, trying to get to the other side, stealthily(Vehicles attract too much attention) and then there is a huge open space.

    I like the glass cover roof thingie you did, thats awesome!

    I will be there to help test maps for you when I can!

    yeah way way way too much halo 3. I had a brain fart and couldn't remember what anything was called.

    I know how you feel when it comes to CTF, which is why I tried to make this thing with so many vehicles and different paths. Just testing the one time I had no problems getting to the Neutral base or the other teams base on foot.

    Let me know how testing goes if you can. It would be nice to get some opinions on this thing.

    Updated with removal of Scorpions. Added Ghosts instead.

    Moved Falcons to location of scorpion spawns.
