By now, such a simple technique is probably old, but on the offchance that it's not I thought I'd post it here. It's a technique for spawning objects in the air that doesn't require Save-and-Quitting or stacking, but isn't always going to be possible. It only works for Equipment and Weapons, and Power-ups will stay floating as usual, while everything else falls to the ground. To do it, spawn an object reasonably high up in the air. Some objects fall quicker than others, so depending on this you might want to hold it above you or below. It's easiest to do this if it's pushed up against a vertical wall, but that's not always what you want. You want the object to be as close to you as possible. While still holding it above the ground, switch to the player. As both you and the object are falling, you need to pick it up. If it's a weapon or Equipment and you already have any, you'll obviously need to hold RB. It's not always possible to catch up to the object, or have it catch up to you, before you get pretty close to the ground, but usually you'll pick it up high enough. Land on the ground with the object and start a new round. The object will now spawn from wherever you caught up to it. If it's a powerup it will hover in place there, otherwise it will fall to the ground. So what's the point in that? As a lot of people know, MLG uses falling weapons to set the Respawn time on weapons right from the start of the game, not when they are picked up. Since displacement counts the same as picking up an object, this starts the respawn count the moment they spawn. I apologise for wasting your time if this is not a new technique, but thanks anyway.
Cool, nope, I'm pretty sure this is new. I'd imagine it'd be pretty hard to be accurate, but a cool alternative anyways.
its a good trick (but hard) and i think that there really isnt a point of having things fall from the sky lol. i think it might work for some maps but not mine.
