How to set up simultaneous stockpile goals

There are two answers: a) you change a second objectives label to a goal
b) it is impossible

 

I don't think you can. It certainly would allow for some interesting new games, though.

You could have a game start of as normal but then the goals switch places, or goals randomly placed all over the map which move frequently and the flags are always at key locations.
