I'm making a map and I want to set objects so that they will do something like this: I place the item in a certain spot using forge. Then I want to move the object (namely a soccer ball and barrel) in player mode, and I want the object to stay where I put it, but it always respawns or some other form of debauchery. Is there a way that I can set the object to just chill on the map away from its spawn point without ever disappearing or respawning to its starting location?
If you are getting at what I think, just set the respawn time to 'never', but make sure it spawns at the start. Hope this helps.
I think the movement of the object probably has something to do with the game or map they're building in forge.
Um, if you don't what the Soccer ball to spawn back at its original spawn point, set it to spawn in the beginning and to never respawn. That should fix your problem, same with the barrel.
yea thanks guys, the object does have something to do with the map, i want you to be able to move it so you can jump to different places that would be previously to high to jump to. I set the respawn to never as suggested, but sometimes the item (soccer ball mainly) still disappears, and then never comes back.
maybe setting run time minimum of them to the amount you have as well as it never respawning? I don't know - clutching straws
