Congealment

    So, this is a map I made a long time ago, it was actually one of my first maps. It has two levels, and is completely symmetrical. I didn't know what I wanted to do with this map at first, but as I started forging ideas came to me and it just started to flow. It's not my best work, but I still tried hard to make it look and play well. Download, comment, and be sure to leave feedback if you liked it or didn't. Constructive criticism is welcome.

    Thanks to timmypanic, for helping me test it out and helping me fix a few bugs and flaws.

    This looks like a very free flowing map without seeming too random or wide open. While at first it appears to lack enough cover opportunities, it also seems like players will have the ability to move around corners in most areas quickly enough to make up for that.

    I really like the horizontal rock bands in the huge columnar pieces.

    Thank you for mentioning my name in post, it was nothing helping and glad u didn't mind. When I first made forges I didnt fix z fighting and quite liked patterns they made untill I realised how much of an impact it has on gameplay and lag, so am happy to help with that. And also standing sword up on normal. You dont want fixed or phased weapons.

    I liked the lay out and how the map flowed, the weapons seem fair & well placed although i'd raise respawn weapon times on power weapons to 90s + aprox.
