I can tell you have a focal in mind, but the effects distract me from it. Everything is just too sharp, there's no sense of depth, and there's no clear flow. Try to make the effects and the focal work together.. because right now they seem to be tugging for the spotlight Just constructive criticism
Honestly I really do not like the effects, it looks like you just spiked the contrast WAAAY too high, and then possibly oversharpened that. All that effect does is create a glaringly bright area with extreme colors and shades, which completely eliminates the possibility of having any focal that is not the effects, as they are completely overshadowed by the effects. There is no flow to this. There is no depth. There is no good focal. There is no lighting. The effects are bad. There is no text. *though this may or may not be a good thing Look at some tutorials, we have a good database of em here.
The effects are great, like everyone else said, but that detracts from the focus of the picture which I assume is meant to be the helmet. It looks like the helmet is just thrown onto the corner of some standalone background, rather than a background made to bring out the helmet.
I can't add anything other than what these people have already said, except that that's not an Eva helmet. It's E.O.D.
