    Phoenix Base
From the smash hit game James Bond: Nightfire
Whew it's been a long time. Well thats what Minecraft does to a man. That's right. I'm a man. Er, anyway onto the background.

Note: If you want the map, scroll down to red. If you want background, keep reading.

Before Xbox 360, there existed a magical device known only as: Gamecube. Twas a magical device, and there was this really awesome game for it called James Bond: Nightfire, and this game really got me into FPS'. Now of course the game is pretty old, the graphics sucked and there were major glitches. Most notable though was the AI, who were infamous for one second running into walls and the next 360 no scoping you through walls. Add it all together, throw in some of my favorite video game maps of all time and you get James Bond: Nightfire.

Since my mom was throwing a christmas party, I was in charge of cleaning up my chill pad, and I had the most excelent idea of putting 2 TVs right next to eachother. So I went ahead and hooked up mah 360 to one, and the Wii to the other (along with my NES, N64, amd PS1). So naturally I plopped in Nightfire and started playing. As I started playing I noticed that the 360 was right there. And at that moment I knew what I had to do. And so 4 long days later, BAM! it was done.

And there you have it. Right now it is currently set up to only support Slayer variants , CTF variants, KOTH variants and the custom gametype to simulate gameplay from the game. Also the spawns, explosives, weapons and ammo, and spawn times are all EXACTLY the way they are in the game. If you want to create a Reach version with different weapons and spawns, by all means go ahead. Now I think I'll get return to holding the zombie hordes at bay. Merry Christmas.

Hey um It's me, Toastman, the guy that made this. I've noticed some mostakes, so I clicked edit and I got a white screen. I've tried everything, and I don't know what to do XD so If a passing mod would be kind enough to change the default map to forge world and correctly link the map (Bungie.net : Halo Reach : File Details) and the gametype (Bungie.net : Halo Reach : File Details). These changes would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I never played James Bond: Nightfire, but this map still looks amazing.

It looks very well built with lots of asthetics which help make the map look even better whilst playing and they add some cool cover options.

The map does look and feel very small so i think having a maximum of 10 players is maybe a bit high but i havent been able to play a proper game as of yet so i cannot give an informed opinion of this.

You might want to think about making a normal TS friendly version of this map as there looks to be many power weapons availabe on the map, and this may affect gameplay.

    Cool map bro.

Yeah I know alot seems wierd, but that is because I made the map EXACTLY like the original, the weapons are what and where they are, and the min/max players is the same as in the game. Also the gametype is alot like the game form it, with decreased weapons damage and increased resistance. I'm currently in the process of making a Reach version with better weapons and spawns.

i was an avid nightfire player on the xbox. loved the maps on there and had a ton of fun with friends. sadly i dont recognize this map, not sure if it was a gamecube only or something cause i played every map on there atleast 50 times lol
looks pretty good, but you should get pictures of the original map and post them beside where you took the pictures in forge, so people can compare if they havent seen the map before. i did it for my goldeneye/perfect dark facility map and it gives someone the chance to compare the two even though they dont have the game

I totally recognize this. I played this game constantly on splitscreen with my bro. Looks great, I'll have to check it out.
