Want your map to get lots of downloads? Want your map to get showcased to the ENTIRE Halo community? Well have you come to the right place then! Starting January 1st I will be making a series of weekly videos showcasing all of your maps. It may be nessesary to make a two-part video. Here is how the maps will be set up. MAP NAME MAP TYPE(Competitive, MLG, Invasion etc.) MAP AUTHOR So heres how the contest is set up. The last week of every month is a voting week. Everybody votes on there favorite for that month. The winners for each month will have their map posted on my channel. The last week of December will have two voting rounds. For the first half of the week is the monthly map voting round, and the second half will have the yearly map voting round. The winner for each year will have their map permanantly posted on my channel. Now that you know how the videos are set up, start submiting for the first week of January!
This sounds like a great idea i really hope that many people from the community will post their maps for this.
I think there is a difference in what you're saying and what you want to do. You said that you will be making films of all our maps and then say that you'll only be doing the one that wins the competition each month (is that what you meant?). I dont think people will be willing to bother with a competition that gets one forger per month a video made - as helpful as that is. Why not just post a thread asking for film submissions and pick your favourite one each month? Thanks anyways
