    OK, does anyone know where the !%#@&%#$@&$&!!&#$% rank list with the number of people who have achieved that rank, ive seen it before, but i cant find it, and wasted about 3 hours looking. Please post the link if you have it

    Are you sure that list is accurate? Couse it says there are only 63 Legends and i had seen already 4 in MM. I think there should be more if i find that many. And it's incredible how many no-lifes there are.

    The only thing I can think of besides Halo Charts is a graph or two Bungie released before they raised the Level Cap, it showed that very few people had actually hit or were close to hitting the cap.
    But that'll be very outdated now.

    I think Halo Charts is as close as you'll get. I think its against the usage rules for application developers to download all Halo Reach data. Its fine for Bungie, because they have it all stored on their systems, but if anyone else made an application to show what you want, it would pretty much need to request a download of all Halo Reach player data and that would seriously clog up the system.

    So I don't know for sure that you won;t find what you're looking for, but the above reasons I believe it will be very very unlikely (unless Bungie releases anything official, which they occasionally do)
