MARIO KART KOOPA BEACH Welcome to my new and first ever race map! This map is dead simple, 3 laps around 40s - 60s per lap has boosts, they are all low so don't lift you just speed you up, I have put some in different places depending on which route you take, my best lap is 42's and 2m18 sec to finish 3 laps. 1 boost gives you slight lift, it is a risk reward senario, go around or take the risk. Arrows are around to point you in the right direction. 2 - 8 players, probably best suit a 4 player game. 7 checkpoints to make up 1 of 3 laps. Fast and fun enjoy. Thanks for looking This is super mario on snes (first version) It's not Identical but it isn't that fat off so as u can see is not far off and not trying to be the n64 version. I was just making from memory.
Its okay, but I like your competitive maps with the cool design thingys better. On topic this map looks well made I like the beginning part that is cool, however I have one issue and that is that I cant really recognize it as koopa troopa beach from the N64, I assume you called it that because of the Island and what not but, when people click something that says "Koopa Troopa Beach" they probably want a map that feels like it. I hope I didn't come off as an ass. All in the best. - Ociee
Not atall . Thanks for checking out my map. Apparently the level goes anti clockwise and has more short cuts. I haven't put loads of work in it . I am going to extend tomorrow and add some aesthetics. Thanks for feedback (edited) This is the snes version , the size and location are simiar. I will be adding short cut today to make more like the game too. Thanks
I like this one because it incorporates the environment in the race. Some maps are completely artificial with only metal raceways. I like environment based raceways, like Motocross type maps. Good job.
Thank man, it is suprisingly good considering how simple it is, just nice quick laps. Firstly it was 9 laps not understanding game mechnics , changed to 3 , I am extending tomorrow , going in reverse through tunnel and around still keeping natural feel to race . Thanks for checking out my map
