Soldier - Just what you would expect from the name. This hound is responsible for bringing the fight to the enemy. it is well rounded with speed, power, and defense, and has a lot of weapons on hand as-well-as escapability. uses a Inverse Chassis

Heavy Gunner - this mech is made for BOOMS.. many, many big BOOMS. and you can tell by the sheer amount of fire-power belonging to this vessel. and it includes a comfy bathroom and even a kitchen so you never wet your pants or starve during battle! uses a multilegged Inverse Chassis

    download and enjoy. :)

i could take some pics inside but that would ruin some of the surprise when a person downloads the map. i think it might be more fufilling if you look at the inside in forge.

ya i was goin for pretty much an all-around mech look. taking the arm/ gun design from mechwarriors 2 and a big part of why i made it but, the overall look is from Mechassault 2: lone wolf, and might bare a resembelance to a mech from the mechwarrior's campaign, but without the plasma cannons on its shoulders. The 4-legged mech is from the game, Chromehounds, and its one of the mech models i actually used in the game. (couldnt really look at it due to them shutting down the servers.) but i still remember it.
specifically this is one that i kinda got motivated from

That game was the best. I still have it lying around here somewhere.
In any case, good job on the mechs, they look great.

It reminds of Chromehounds. That was my favorite game until the shut down the online servers :C. Great job though! The aesthetics of the map are excellent. Did you really only have enough objects for two of them? You should try to make the Chromehound's super-weapons sometime. Yeah so anyway great job!

Give me a old school unseen 13 Marauder and i'll praise you, the mechs look good but they really don't have the old school feel for me. They look fragile.

Having played mechwarrior 1 and Cresent Hawks Inception-revenge long before most of you youngins were eating solid foods and having grown up playing in the Battletech and the Mechwarrior franchise these mecha remind me of the non fasa works. More Armored Core and the big 52 button control mecha game xbox came out with in the start.

ya im not a huge fan of most mechwarrior mechs. both of mine were designed after the new cutting-edge mechs found in mechassault 2: lone wolf and Chromehounds. i like their sleek designs more than the older games

These mechs are awesome, simply awesome. I'd encourage you to make more of these, but in motion. I feel that making the mechs come alive through staged battle would be impressive looking, especially if you used the terrain to your advantage. Again great job on this work.

Wow. These are both incredible looking. That's about all I can say, though.

I have a question about the inside. There are quite a few grav lifts/cannonmen that seem like the should somehow lead someone from the ground all the way to the cockpit. But sadly this is not so. Is this just a design flaw? Are they supposed to be there? And the four legged one in the water, you can't get back out of the cockpit withoout jetpack or being in Forge. And in the same way, you can't get into the rocket launcher holding areas up above normally either.

Other than that, they're pretty cool. Initially I didn't like the fact that you could only ever access the cockpits of each vehicle, but when you really think about it, that makes a lot of sense.

My only other suggestion would be to possibly add some other kind of weapons in the areas representing the Mechs weapons themselves, like you did with the rocket launchers. You could like, somehow fit a rockethog into the six-way missile launcher on the four-legged one, perhaps, or put some platforms and focus rifles on the shoulder cannons on the land Mech, or fuel rod cannons.

Either way, good job. But if you're going to add playability, make sure you add enough to make it enjoyable. If you decide to add none at all, that's great. But starting the cake and taking it out of the oven halfway through is not going to produce a great cake.
