If you have a bungie.net profile (which you need for the first solution), you can just take a picture of your map and it instantly is saved on b.net, here.

    ***ATTENTION - ATTENTION***
This link will work ONLY for M3GA TACO N1NJA, if you wish to use this link, replace that gamertag with yours

These are your recent photos, only pictures that have been taken while connected to Live show up here.

Now to get these photos from there to here, you need to right-click the image and chose "COPY IMAGE URL".

Once that's done, go to your map post and click this>[IMG]< image in the bar and paste(CTRL+V or Edit>Paste) into the pop-up and press ok, viola! The picture is in the post!

You may want to note that any pictures saved there will be erased if you frequently take pictures while online, so you may want to back them up on a image hosting site, such as photobucket.com, or imageshack.us.

    Solution 2

Although, I would EXTREMLY recommend the first solution, you could just take pictures of your TV and upload them.

    Solution 3

A capture card can help you take a picture by just making a stillframe, which how to create a stillframe differs, usually you can press PrtSc and paste it into Paint / image creator, save and upload.
