Fountain v3

    FOUNTAIN

    These ancient Forerunner structures were
    made for luxury and beauty, but the blood
    stained steel still remains. 4-12 players.

    A symmetrical map with battles circling 4 fountains. It has been tested multiple times
    before it was posted.
    Has 4 power weapons
    *Rockets near lifts
    * 2 snipers on two sides
    * Grenade Launcher in mid

    Initial Spawns are across form each other. Screen is at Blue base looking across to Red. A lift is to the left. Lift leads to top of base, next to sniper spawn. Same on both sides.

    Blue Side looking to Red side. Rockets spawn in hallway of screen. Left of screen is where first screen is.

    A long hall that leads to either to an opposite fountain or middle. The passage in back screen leads to the other fountains next to rocket spawn.

    This map was in works since the end of September. Hoping for good feedback :)

    This map looks very good, but I can't tell what it really looks like from this few pictures. For this kind of map it might be good to take a picture from above with the roof off. From what I can see it looks great though, especially the fountain area.

    Well, I hate to be ''That Guy" but your map could use a few improvements, but it has potential.

    -First, on red side near the rocket you put a killzone after that ramp that leads to a water area. I believe you put that zone to keep people from landing on the outside of the fountain but I have found multiple ways to get around it and hide under the bridge :\. I would put cones or rails on the ramp to keep people from even going on it. Also if it is a symmetrical map why did you change the ramp on blue side to a block with a small tower thing?

    -In multi-team green has a huge disadvantage with spawns. They have 1 way out of their spawn and it goes through red and blues crossfire. Pink and Orange can turn around and kill green. Basically green is jammed into the middle of 4 spawns that can easily kill them using high ground or distance.
    *side note-I like the drop down with the shield door at rockets :)*

    -Your map suffers from the gray wall syndrome. I would recommend getting rid of all the walls and just leaving as a structure floating on water. With the name Fountain I expected nice landscape and beauty but instead I got giant gray walls that gave me a difficult time knowing exactly where I was. Also with those shield doors on the walls cant someone just jetpack past it and sit on the ledge? I noticed you placed kill zones but I dont think they cover the small ledges the shield doors cover.

    Well thats the improvements I suggest but overall I give this map a good 8/10

    This was literally my 3rd map made out of my Halo history.

    I have noticed that green is like that on every map, I was playing 1v1 on the cage, me pink team, and my friend green team, and I literally stood on the rocket spawn and kept spawning on that very platform. It felt like the octagon. So, I don't think that's very fair, considering Bungie couldn't even avoid that problem.

    As for the map, I found that the fountain area really appeals to me. I don't know why. Its the right balance between water and forge objects. I will dl and look more around it later.
