I figured it was time for a change of scenery. Since we only have 1 other Spire map on the site I was hopeing to make another one that was just as fun and challenging.

I have had this map in reserve for a while now just play-testing it. It has got a lot of positive reviews and is a very fun map to race on because the order of racers will change very often.

Make you you give it a lap to learn the track. It can be a little intimidating at first.

    8 Players Max.

It was going to be hard to showcase in pictures so here is the video.

Make sure you give it a lap so you know where to go.

For a spire map, not too bad. It's nice and linear and clear where to go, but i can just never see race maps on anything other than forge world catching on, the terrain is too rough and the budget too small for event he most basic aesthetics. That said, i applaud your ingenuity, it makes a change from the usual races at any rate.

I think there is a reason most forges are on forge world. There isn't a whole lot of variation going on in this map, it's just following an already created path for a race. When I come on these boards, I wanna see something original, which might be too harsh of a term to use here, but I think it fits. We expect to see something unexpected. With that said, it isn't a bad map. There really isn't anything wrong with it but it's just not interesting. It's a challenge to try and do something like this on Spire and I give you credit for the effort. However, it's not something that is going to blow anyone's mind.

Oh and what is with the name? I don't get it.

well the name is supposed to represent the fact that you must travel around the pole (the spire) just as a stripper does.

I completely agree with both of you on the fact that with a limited budget spire tracks sometimes feel the same. However, I really like the rough terrain on spire and it's a welcome change for me. I do build most of my maps on forge world but I thought I would try to switch it up and see if I could create a fun map on spire that went with the flow of the map.

i give you credit for making it on Spire.
and to the person who said only good race maps are on FW,
that may be partially true but that doesnt limit someone from making something cool on another map.

i find the most fun i have driving in Reach is on a smooth surface, that is easy to control and navigate. by having the race on natural terrain, this is accomplished.

i think you should have made it a bit smaller, and made a banked turn with the stunt ramps as well.
