Theemin First off I will explain the name because it sounds like something else that everyone has to point out. Theemin is a name of a star, and Theemin means twins. I named my map that because of a structure in my map that looks like a star and there is two of them. My map is a 4v4 map that was made for the forgetacular contest. It turned out really well played for Team Slayer and CTF came in close second. Its a two leveled map that takes up about 3/4 of the Colosseum. I didn't have any plan when I started forging this map but it grew into something very wonderful. This is by far my best made map EVER! So without further ado lets get to some pictures and the video. Nice map Furgles. I remember testing this, and if it plays as well now as it did then, I don't think that there's much criticism I can give it. The layout might look confusing as hell at first, but it actualy flows together very well in the actual game. While everything in the upper layer looks more or less the same, some of the unique features in the bottom level help distinguish specific areas and forms "mental maps" for players moving throughout it. Also, I like the Construct-like layout of the map. By that, I mean that everyone wants to get up top, but can do so from several staircases or lifts that can't all be covered by one team. Add in a power weapon or two at bottom, and you've got some nice additions to the already great flow going on. I'm amazed this map hasn't gotten more views, especcially by other testers. This map is the type of thing other people should try and learn from.
