Hey guys I'm looking for testers to help me with a new gametype I've conjured up! I'm calling it !!! JACKPOT !!! and I'll give you the rundown. This is the map I constructed: The idea is a Headhunter gametype where players have a shared pool of skulls they have to compete for. I decided a spherical arena would be best so that when players died the skulls could collect in the bottom of the level. For this I used the map "The Sphere" by Shamoil as a starting palette. Here's are the settings I'm using: - Unlimited use jetpacks - All players have focus rifles with unlimited ammo as their primary weapon. No secondary weapon. - Gravity is set to 125% and jump height to 75%. This is so players can jump normally without having to worry about jetpack stalls. - 25 points to win. I'm working out a few variations to get the formula right and I would very much like some help and feedback! My gamertag is Ahh Jeah if you'd like to help! Hit me up right now! Sounds pretty cool, but 25 points sounds like it'd be a game for smaller parties. You should make a version for larger parties. I'm in for testing though, I like the idea a lot. Though it seems somewhat monotonous, you should add some timed in-game events to mix up gameplay. One thing that's always pretty funny is having blocks shoot out at random times. I would suggest you make four holes in the ceiling, in a + shape. Have them shoot crate out at random intervals. If so, that'd be sure stay on my hard-drive. I'll test it though. Send me a message.
