    Hey all,

    My GT is Concord Dawn, and this is my first forged map - Observatory

    This map currently only supports TEAM SLAYER, but it will include more gametypes in the future.

    I would appreciate any feedback that could be given because I would love to make this map even better!

    I currently am compiling a list of a few things that need changing - mostly in the way of Soft Kill Zones but would also appreciate any in-depth feedback regarding Weapon Placements and Spawning Issues.

    EDIT: 22/11/10 - Have since taken suggestions onboard and updated map to provide much more cover and visual flare - will take some photos and replace those below sometime soon!

    Looks OK, but I have seen better. You should make more bridges, buildings, anything. The observation pit looks pretty good trough. For the rest, put more effort in this map.

    I do plan to add some natural rock elements to the map to spruce the general base layout up a bit - (this came up in playtesting the map earlier today) although I'd rather not add a great deal more structure - I do prefer simple maps.

    I guess in terms of reference - I used Beaver/Battle Creek and Relic for inspiration

    All feedback is great though! thanks for the input!

    How about offering tome advice outside the lines of "try harder".

    The space between the two bases is very lacking and needs to be filled with something to break line of sight and provide cover... Rocks or buildings would both do fine.

    I've taken your suggestions onboard and added a few of my own changes - it's not perfect yet, but it's definitely fun to play - I'm still toying with spawns / weapon placements but I do think the added rocks for cover help the map flow a bit better.
