I think the design looks original and that the inside looks like it would play well, but the 4 banshees placed right next to each other? Some how I doubt that 4 banshees would do anything but destroy every other player on the ground who didn't get one. I haven't played it, so correct me if I'm missing something, but I just cannot see this working.

Hello, my name is screen lag, have we met? Dude, this is not a competitive map. Screen lag = bad game play = no competition. The map is also unbalanced for weapon layout and the "hidden" rooms are a bust. Please understand that superior game play > superior aesthetics, and for this reason alone your map is of inferior quality. If you want to make pretty maps for casual play, take it somewhere else.
1. This isn't the final version of the map, I'm working on a fix of the framerate issue and the fixed version will be released this week in this thread... 2. Your thread seems like an unconstructive offense to me, because you just speak about the screen lag, but it is just in a little part of the map in the top of the pyramid... The rest of the map hasn't any framerate issues at all! 3. The weapon layout is a thing that you easily can talk hours about... If you say the weapon layout is bad it doesn't tell me anything about how to improve it or even what you don't like^^ too many rocket launchers? too many hammers? So what... I like it this way! 4. The hidden spaces aren't a bust at all, you can easy get out with a jump... No one I've ever played with couldn't get out there! 5. If you don't see the potential of a map that looks like this and if you aren't even intersted on improving it. Just don't loose your time posting in the thread^^
It's nothing against you as a forger or the map itself, its simply a matter of frame rate issues being detrimental to game play. I can't emphasize how beautiful this map, but the short comings in game play cripple it severely. The weapon lay out issue for me is that there are too many power weapons for competitive play. And as for hidden spaces... Any area that promotes camping impacts game play negatively. Areas of map that offer no positive aspect to game play also impact the map negatively. But my primary focus is frame rate. Any dip in frame rate is bad. Period. There is no arguing it. I'm sorry dude, but at the end of the day this is a strictly casual map.
Ok, the updated version is ready to get downloaded! No framerate issues anymore and more badass than you could ever have imagined! It's like a whole new map - more balanced, more game modes and new walkways! If you want your critics to get heard, play on THIS ONE... The other version is snow from yesterday^^
