For houses you could let players build their own but they have to complete missions and get the privilege to spend more of the forge budget on their house.

Fasteddie304 has joined. So far getting some good ideas of cities/towns/villages from searched maps. Try to find a way how to get money in this. I'll try updating this if theres anymore we have done. This will be a long project so don't exspect it out until sometime in 2011.

one game springs to mind when considering an rpg within another game... diablo... in my opinion i think it would be easier to stick with one map, aslong as it is possible to achieve this within it, if you sectiond of different sections of the map (the ten areas of forgeworld) for different "acts" or "stage" all consisting of varying difficulties etc. different damage by enemys such and in retrospec different enemey appearence (different grunts, jackals, brutes, elites, hunters), aswell as boss battles at certain sections such as the end of the stages, aswell as adding towns to those locations with a form of vending eg. teleports to different locations from different towns to pick up new weapons etc. or just looting weapons of enemys you kill. you could easily just have one consistent quest that extends for a long period of time over the entire map with increasing amout of difficulties. you could also add a pvp area with ease from the towns. (the use of teleporters would be quite handy in almost all situations). also the idea of sectioning of each class through different armor mods is great, as you can only choose one, why not structure the classes around the mods and go from there, this could also be done with weapon assention. for instance mage kind of units could use grenades/explosives, warriors could use hammers, rogues could use swords, and archers could use... well... guns... i think its very achievable and ive been thinking about working on one just dont have the skills yet. id really like to see where this could go, but i think constructing many maps and moderating every player on the game would be fairly difficult. if you could fit everything into one map that would be ace, although it all depends on wether you can add a class system, a weapon or damage increase system, and if you can actually add enemys to fight within the game... please feel free to contact me on msn (jimmy_skimy@hotmail.com) or on xbox live gt:Semaju123 about this im pretty intrested in this and id love to help out with it

For money, instead of grenades, you can just use a virtual currency. It doesn't have to be an actual in game object, as long as you have it on record somewhere with the amount of money one has. People could then use money to buy pieces in forge (which you can set prices on, or just use the preset prices) to build houses, towns, ect.
