Yes, I know there is no text, its just that all of the text on default GIMP suck, and I haven't quite gotten down the font DLing thing yet. So...how do ya like?
the foreground and background colors seem to clash a bit, maybe change the background to a very light blue? but thats just IMO.
A little big. And the backround, like ivory said, doesn't seem to match too well. Don't get me wrong though. This looks great for a first one.
Thanks! Yeah, I could find a good render for it, and I'm not going to use if for anything, so I just used that one I also made it a little bit smaller
I made another sig, that I'll be using on the forums if everyone likes it...personally, photobucket made it come out A LOT cleaner then I expected
The second one you made is a little obnoxious, the background is too busy... For the first one, to fix the clashing colors, try something complimentary to blue in the background like oranges or reds (not that disgusting brown. sorry lol)
what do you suggest for the second one? I won't be using the first but the second is my current sig...
i dont see how the second one is obnoxious. I think its cool. Like the flame hand. Thts a great touch. I need to get photobucket lol....
i'd make the background softer. "Busy" in my last statement wasn't the right word for this. haha your poll choices are awesome. Either i praise you as amazing or the extreme opposite. there is no in between. lol
Just made another one. Sorry its the same font as my last one, but every time I try to DL one it doesn't work right, and all the other ones suck. The only complaint I have is the kind of whitness in the background...
the player looks kinda seperate to the rest of the sig, try and blend him in a bit with some effects or a couple of nice c4ds
yeah, i didn't go through photobucket as well as I would have liked, and the player stick out more. Will do though.
It's like there's an invisible barrier where the picture ends and the text starts. make him bigger so him and the text flow together. Have the text overlap the guy a little. (make it look like the image and the text are both a part of each other) this will also get rid of some of the negative space.
thanks! I love the background and the splatter brushes that go along with it. I might change up the filters on chinedum ndukwe though (yeah...I spelled that right).
