As to the video. It just seemed like you did fade-ins and fade-outs, all you need is 200 more of those clips to make a montage.
The only editing I can honestly see is music, which is easy enough that I can do it, and that's saying something. I have no idea what editing he did so if thats why he posted it the sorry.
