.: Elongation: H3 Foundry Style :. One of my fav H2 maps Elongation has now been built on H3 Foundry. I tryed my best to make it like Halo 2's map But I really couldn't remember where all the weapons went but i think the respawn times on everything is right. This map took me like 8 hrs to make cause of the wall stacking. Hope You like and enjoy. If you already download my V1 or V2 version of this map. Then this is the map you will need to download cause it has some major updates that makes better to play on and makes it fell more like what the map is supposed to feel like. .:UPDATE:.I made a huge update to my V3 of my map. I've made alot of the walls straighter and less messed up looking. I replaced the window panel and pallet floating walk ways with actual doors. I took out the plasma pistol and put the rocket launcher there. And the biggest part of it all is that I made it so that you can play about every game time on the map. Besides Terr and Infection. Re: Elongation: H3 Foundry Style This is a great post, but one thing that would put it over the edge would be embedding your pictures. To do this, host on imageshack/photobucket. Then use Code: [img]image url here[/img] . The map looks like you put a lot of thought into it.

But I think that the update I made will make it feel more like Elongation. So If your wondering which map to download on my fileshare download the Elongation V2. Its the Updated version. Yep, like you said you can never go wrong with a h2 map. There always fun. I know Elongation was a remake of a H1 map but I never played H1 so I just know it as a H2 map. But still it's a awesome map. Hope you enjoy my remake.
I must say Elongation was not one of my favorite Halo 2 maps. However this is a great remake of it. I'm downloading now but I'm tempted not to play it in fear of bringing back too many bad memories of throwing my controller against a wall after getting the map 5 times in a row! Like I said though, for those who like Elongation this would be the one to download.
I don't think you are allowed to triple post or even double post. Also I don't believe you can post a comment to "update" your map. In the future write the update in your first post by modifying it. It will appear in the sub-forum with a New symbol by the title. That way we will know it has been updated.
Note: Not Trying to be a smart-ass Well I think I'm allowed to reply to my own thread. But I know I should of put that update in the proper part of my post. But I wouldn't consider that a double post or even a triple post since I didn't post it right after another. But anyways thanks "Cr0ok3d" for letting me know and also thanks to "ShadowSnip3r RC" for the great comment. That is like one of the few comments I have gotten about my map at all. Hope you enjoy. Looks like a pretty accurate remake to me. There are a lot though, each with a certain aspect better or worse than others. I yawn at remakes though, just doesn't seem very much fun when played. I think I'll wait until the real bungie remake of Elongation comes out for DLC.
