Hi everyone, this my first time on this forum, but it seemed like a great place to share maps and I have recently finished making my first map on Halo: Reach's Forge.

It is called DROPOFF, because its "Functioning as a major air/sea UNSC trade post, this structure helps fuel war. 2-8 players".

Symmetrical, well balanced and designed for Slayer, King of the Hill (+Crazy King), CTF, Neutral Bomb, Oddball and Stockpile primarily. It is inspired back from Halo: CE bridges to Halo 3's Narrows. I felt like the Halo: Reach map roster was missing something like this and I have spent a very long time learning forge properly and trying to make it play as smooth as possible.

It consists of two small, end-bases, connected by two outer-bridges which connect in the middle by a centre platform.

You may notice from the screenshots that you can man-cannon yourself from one end to the other, but this is only on FFA games; as for team games like CTF, the two middle Man cannons are absent.

I spent pretty much all the budget and object limits, so it took a long time to put together and resulting with a few precarious edges.

The weapons on the map are: 2 Assault Rifles, 2 Magnums, 10 Frag G, 10 Plasma G, 3 DMRs, 3 Needle Rifles, 2 Plasma Pistols, 2 Plasma Repeaters, 2 Needlers, 2 Spikers, 2 Plasma Rifles, 2 Shotguns, 2 Concussion Rifles, 1 Sniper Rifle, 1 Focus Rifle and 1 Energy Sword.

Please feel free to add any comments and suggestions about the map.
    Thanks.

My kind of level, well put together sir. Everything, just from my walk around, seemed to flow very nicely.

Thank you for your comment, im really glad you like it, it is much appreciated.

I have a quick general question: How do you get a picture of your map to appear next to the link in the forum list (thumbnail image)? I put a URL for my picture in the "Thumbnail image" box, but it didn't work for me. It now just displays as no image.

Any help would be welcome, thanks.

    *Figured it out now, nvm.*
