Looking for medium to large groups to test a few gametypes on a map project. Send a message to Kittenpaste Co if you are up for it. Will be online in a few hours.

Hey, im new here, i'll be typing up a big hello to everyone soon but i thought i'd ask if you still need help with testing first. Reason is because i think it'd be great to know what things to look out for while creating a new map.

    Peace!

There is a testers guild here on the website.
Use them as you will get some very good feedback from them, unless you are in a rush to post it as they are struggling to keep up with demand as there is a 2 week delay at the moment.

Sadly, I ended up being busy most of yesterday, so I'll be testing today instead (I hope). So far, including PMs, that's 3 testers. Might have a few friends on when I get home as well. Thanks so far, you guys. :)

We will be testing these gametypes:
    Infection
    Slayer
    Team Slayer
    CTF
    KOTH

I may have a few more gametypes set up. The files will be uploaded to my fileshare when I get home. The map is currently named 'Working Title' and will likely stay that way during testing (meaning, don't DL the map currently in my fileshare).

My main focus will be on power-balance in each of these modes. If one side is too OP in group games, it's just not fun. The map currently contains no large-scale wide-open areas but has a focus on cover (not camping). I'm hoping to determine whether or not this is problematic. I personally dislike wide-open areas and have catered the map to my personal tastes in gameplay. If it is not a generally acceptable style for the tester, it will need tweaking. I do not cater to overly competetive players/MLG types. E-***** stroking can be saved for other maps.

@Pilgrim: I put my previous map on the 'review guild's thread and have had nothing come of that. Excuse me for not caring to utilize such groups this time around.
