Hi, this is my first ever post on Forgehub and also my first ever attempt at Forging a playable map.

I have messed around in Forge a fair amount but I've never had a go at making a map you could actually play games on that would be fair and fun to play.

So, here is my map, Seer. The map is inspired by Halo 2's Warlock ((CE's Wizard) hence the name) but the map is not meant to be a remake.

As it is my first map I have only included Slayer, TS, KoTH and Multiflag to keep it simple. And I have not yet playtested it. Being my first map any praise, pointers and critisism will be welcome.

    Some images follow:

A general overview. I wanted the map to be partially submerged to help break up the grey Forerunner structures.

A look at one of the bases (both are identical, save for colour). Flag spawns behind the cover. Also initial team spawns for Red and Blue are here.

    Another angle.

Birds-eye view. I know it doesn't look so good having the walls (floor) sticking out like that but it cannot be seen from the map itself.

I understand you don't like having sea of grey, but you cant bounce a grenade off of a sea of water :|..

Eventhough I do like how well this contrasts, and its very easy to actually tell where all the second level buildings are, this map doesn't play so nice... Im not trying to be harsh, its an a stout forge creation.. and cool concept.

Great first map, and im excited to see your next creation XD

I remember after I started making it I was worried grenades would fizzle out and not explode correctly. Luckily the grenade explosions still retain the same damage radius, they just don't scuff along a floor like usual.

There are a fair few vertical flat surfaces - that make up the four platforms - that should still allow for angled grenade bouncing though.
