weapons not completely set but structure is pretty much finished... working elevator bases!! would love some feedback as i dont have many people to play test with video: YouTube - Forge Elevator base version 1.2 coming by Nov 5th
can you explain the map a bit. I mean all i get out of this is there is two towers and presumable elevators. It would be good if a weapon list was made and some other gametypes as this looks like it could be a good flags or assault map.
the video at the top runs around the lvl... right now the weapons have an emphasis on dmr's and needle rifles, i am goin to set up objectives soon, but right now its just slayer [br][/br]Edited by merge: video may have not worked, i reposted it [br][/br]Edited by merge: added new pics...any objective placement ideas or tweaks to the map to make assault, ctf matches better would help also
The elevators and the way they work are pretty nice, needs a little polish last I checked but its solid.
A couple of things to mention: First of all, you can take better screenshots in theatre. Much better. Second, the map needs more information. The screenshots dont show an awful lot at all, so Im pretty lost as to the maps Geometry. Now for the Feedback: The map looks pretty good from the screenies. The forging looks clean, but there are some bits that just dont look right. There isnt any info on much else, there isnt much else I can comment on...
i uploaded video to youtube, not sure if it could be seen before. Hopefully this will give a better idea of the lvl than my poor attempts at screenshots =)
