Since Epic Games has more time to work on Gears 3, They decided to fix there multiplayer. According to IGN its smoother than Gears 2. I hope this is true. But according to IGN there will also be a Multiplayer Beta for Gears 3. Its suppost to release sometime in early 2011. The new additions to Multiplayer are Dedicated Servers and Leveling up gives you new guns, color schemes and new characters. The Beta is suppost to help people get over the extended release date. I don't feel angry anymore. Its just like Halo:Reach with Its Beta. I hope Gears 3's 4 Player Co-op Campaign works smooth as well. Multiplayer Video Preview - Videos - IGN

He probably didn't. Anywho, sounds remotely interesting. At least they figured out their multiplayer sucked. Only good part about gears 1 and 2 were campaign.
Why would you have to ask sarge about making a thread on GOW? And GOW is a great game, just the multiplayer sucks. Maybe GOW3 will improve that.

On Topic, They mentioned a Public Beta so I guessing maybe playing GOW2 or a download. IDK. Gears may suck to some, but I a Big fan of gears. The Multiplayer ain't my piece of cake but oh well. I can't wait to shove a Flamethrower into someone's gut and light em up. Gears 3 Beta is suppost to be out in April 2011.
I don't see why everyone thought Gears 1 multiplayer sucked, granted I have an unfailing love for that game and everything about it. Gears 2, I'll admit, was rather poor with all the server problems and the crazy changes with the power of different weapons and how the gameplay seeeemed slooooooowed doooooooown to the point of insanity. Anyways, can't wait for the beta to come out. Hopefully the new dedicated servers will be the end all to the infamous host complaint by everyone who plays the game. And of course all the new executions and other little add ons looks sweet too. I find it sadistically funny that you can rip an enemy's arm off and beat him senseless with it (I think I have problems...).
I hate Gears of War. The gameplay is slow-paced and boring and the controls are just slapped down without any thought.
