So here's the story. I regularly (multiple times daily) pour through all the Reach forged map posts looking for the hidden gems amongst tons of mediocrity and utter lameness. Not to mention the dozens of boneheads who think that "super sweet map tell me what you think" with no pictures makes a map post. My regular customs groups (I have three, one with mostly overseas players "daytime USA Eastern time" and two US groups that play day or night) appreciate the time I take to weed out the bad and only keep the VERY BEST. So to my point. After a cleanup of my friends list where 72 of the 100 players on it messaged me to please keep them on. I have a few slots opening up for late night custom matches begining at around 10:30pm Eastern time (2:30am GMT). I need mature (not age but attitude) players that will commit to sessions for that time slot but I will accept requests for a few other spots. MY LIST OF GAMEMAPS IS SECOND TO NONE!!!! I spend alot of time reviewing them and like I mentioned I have a 72% retention rate on my friends list, so you know what I bring is quality. It's a mix of mostly competitive maps, with a few Infection, Race, and Mini game maps. NO GRIFFBALL. If you want in and can abide by a couple of guidelines I will be taking requests ON THIS THREAD. Simply reply that your interested and I will friend request you in the next couple of days. The 3 Rules that apply to you and any guests you might bring with you. 1) This is my world and your just a squirrel... I'm not a hardass but this is not the "oooohhh ooohh make me leader I've got an awesome map group. When I invite you I generally have a set list of maps to play. I will send invites for testing on occasion for my own and some of my master forger friends but that is always set in advance. 2) Be cool or get out. Like I said mature forgers. Feel free to trash talk and joke around but if your betraying or any of that BS your out for good. 3)No I can't help you with your map. I'm sorry and again I don't want to be a jerk about it but I barely have time to build my own. My standing response is check out the tutorials on forgehub it's how I learned to do it. uggh. this is another annoying "hey, be my friend!" thread. there is a customs guild for a reason. and how did you ever think that forge discussion is the appropriate place to post this? learn how to post, it really isnt hard. yet it takes more than choosing some random section and than posting a thread, without any thought given to, is this the right place to post this? has this type of thread been done several times, all being called spam so maybe, just maybe, this one will be called spam too. just think. your join date is in 2007, you should be forming an example of what to do, considering the massive amount of new members on this site.
