Uhh, your gradients make it really blurry, and it's lacking a definite focal. Good try for a third gimp piece.
A definite focal is the definite focal point of a picture. Nothing in the picture draws your eye to a certain point; to fix this you want to incorporate better flow: which is pretty much a natural(seemingly) path for your eye to follow, usually to a focal point.
